Mr. Biswajeet Mukherjee is a highly accomplished Director and Managing Director (MD) with over 15 years of extensive experience in marketing and operations within the retail and automotive industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, driving business growth and innovation across diverse markets. Mr. Mukherjee holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Guru Jambheshwar, Hissar, Haryana, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in business management and marketing strategies.
His expertise spans across a range of areas, including brand development, market expansion, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management. Mr. Mukherjee is recognized for his ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions, leveraging his in-depth industry knowledge to deliver results-driven solutions.
His leadership skills and strategic vision have contributed significantly to business growth and market expansion.
Mr. Praveen Chandola is an accomplished Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over two decades of experience across diverse service and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University (PGDAV College) and an MBA in Finance. Further enhancing his financial expertise, Mr. Chandola has completed a specialized training in the Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, equipping him with a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Chandola has consistently demonstrated excellence in leadership, financial management, and strategic planning. As a seasoned CFO, he brings expertise in areas including direct taxation, financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and corporate finance.
In his role as Director and CFO, Mr. Chandola has been a key driver in shaping financial strategies, managing risk, and ensuring the financial health of the organizations he leads. His strategic insights have been instrumental in optimizing financial operations, driving business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organizations he has served.
His financial expertise and strategic foresight have been instrumental in driving business growth and expanding market reach.
Mr. Raj Kumar Sethi is BE (Mechanical) and MBA (Finance) from the University of Rajasthan. He is Having 37 years of rich experience in plant operations, manufacturing practices, developing greenfield projects and also having wide exposure in auto component Industry.
His last assignment was as Vice President operations, managing six plants al across India.
Have worked in top notch auto companies of India, visited Japan, Europe, etc. for technical collaborations and consultancy.
