Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Biswajeet Mukherjee brings over 15 years of executive leadership in marketing and operations across the retail and automotive sectors. Known for driving strategic business growth and market expansion, he specializes in brand development, operational efficiency, and customer-centric strategies. Biswajeet holds an MBA in Marketing from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hissar.
Mr. Praveen Chandola
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Praveen Chandola brings over two decades of financial leadership across the service and manufacturing sectors. He specializes in corporate finance, direct taxation, risk management, and strategic financial planning. Praveen holds a B.Com from Delhi University, an MBA in Finance, and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA.
Mr. Raj Kumar Sethi
Non-Executive Non-Independent Director
Mr. Raj Kumar Sethi is BE (Mechanical) and MBA (Finance) from the University of Rajasthan. He is Having 37 years of rich experience in plant operations, manufacturing practices, developing greenfield projects and also having wide exposure in auto component Industry.His last assignment was as Vice President operations, managing six plants al across India.Have worked in top notch auto companies of India, visited Japan, Europe, etc. for technical collaborations and consultancy.
Mr. Robert Jonathan Moses
Independent Director
With over three decades of executive leadership, Robert Jonathan Moses is a pioneer in large-scale industry initiatives—having spearheaded India’s first deep-sea fishing project in 1993. He brings extensive expertise in regulatory liaisoning with government ministries and transport authorities. Robert also serves as Managing Trustee of a historic 214-year-old American Trust overseeing major educational and healthcare institutions across Maharashtra. He holds a Diploma in Business Management.

Ms. Sanjana Manak Bohara
Company Secretary
Ms. Sanjana Manak Bohara serves as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and secretarial standards. Her role includes supporting the Board of Directors, maintaining statutory records, and promoting effective corporate governance practices.
